Q: How do I submit changes or corrections to my Web page?
A: The best way is to make changes directly on the site printout, and fax them back to 832-201-0879. You can also e-mail corrections to info@reliabilitymall.com

Q: How do I submit changes to the category I'm listed in, or my directory listing? My information is correct on my Web page with the photo, but is wrong on my company reliability report, or directory listing.
A:
BBB Member Services can update your directory listing or modify your type of business category listing. You can submit changes online by completing an update form in the member section of this Web site by selecting update records, or by calling Member Services at 713-341-6115.

Q: Can I add my own logo or photo to the Web page?
A: Yes, as long as it’s in a scannable format or a digital format. In order to scan, we need a high resolution printout, or photo. Most brochures and business cards don’t scan very well, but can be used. If you have images in .jpeg or .gif formats, you can e-mail them to us. We cannot use a fax of your image. If you would like us to pull a photo from your existing Web site, just send us the address and description of the photo.

Q: Who do I contact, and where do I send materials?
A: You can e-mail materials directly to Brent at info@reliabilitymall.com, or by postal mail to Attention: Brent Rogers, I-Net Spin, 102 E. Alamo, Suite 201, Brenham, TX 77833.  BBB Member Services can answer many questions about the program, if you call the MemberLine at 713-341-6115.

Q: Can I change my Web address?
A: Yes, as long as it’s available. The first part can be whatever you wish, but the end will be: “.reliabilitymall.com,” (ex. www.yourname.reliabilitymall.com).

Q: Can I add more details?
A: Yes, the Web page is basically a one page site that links to your reliability report, a map of your location, and to any existing Web site you have or e-mail address. As long as you keep it to one page, we can add additional products, services, etc. 

Q: Can I add a link on my existing Web site to my company’s new Reliability Mall Web page?
A: Yes, this is a great way to show your customers that you are part of an elite group of companies, meeting strict standards. Once customers visit your Reliability Mall page, they can click to view your independent reliability report on the BBB’s Web site. This is a great way to reassure customers!

Q: Is my Web page already active and live on the Web?
A: We generally give you a week or two to submit corrections before we activate your Web page. You can go to www.reliabiltymall.com and see if your link is listed in your category. Your site is automatically activated, but no one besides you knows the address until the directory link is added.
