• A business-to-business complaint is received from a member.
• It is processed and sent to the company named in the complaint. The company has 15 days to respond and a copy of the response is sent to the member company.
• If the complaint is resolved or the member wishes to close the complaint, then the BBB takes no additional action.
• If the complaint is answered but not resolved, the BBB will contact the company and offer BBB mediation or arbitration at the member's request.
• If an agreement to mediate or arbitrate is reached, the case will be heard by a BBB trained mediator or certified arbitrator.
• We also accept collection complaints filed on one of our member companies. We share in your concern that the issue has not been addressed by our member and would sincerely like to see what we can do to help out with the dispute.
