5. I will not respond to offers that sound too good to be true. I will never expect to receive something for nothing.

6. I will never give out my credit card number to anyone who calls me on the phone.

7. I will reward honest companies with my business.

8. I will give a company the opportunity to remedy a problem before filing a complaint. If I file a complaint, I will fairly consider offers by a company to remedy the problem.

9. I will check with the BBB for a report before donating to charities.

10. I will never give-in to high-pressure sales tactics. I know that I do not have to sign the contract or buy the product today.
