What’s the Reliability Mall?

Your BBB has partnered with local members to create this new service. Since the BBB is a non-profit organization, it cannot host commercial member Web sites directly on the BBB site. The Reliability Mall was created at the BBB’s request to give members the chance to tell customers more about their business. It is a virtual shopping mall where the only tenants are BBB member companies. This creates a worry-free shopping zone for consumers in an online world filled with uncertainty.

No additional cost for your new site:

It's included in your membership technology fee that helps upgrade Bureau computer systems, database management, etc. If you wish to have a more elaborate Web site, we have partnered with BBB member vendors to offer you discounted services. We also have offers available for discounted dial-up access, site promotion, online coupons, and e-commerce.

You don't need a computer or Internet access to benefit:

You may not care about the Internet, but your customers do. A short time ago, the BBB did not offer company information online. Today, the BBB's Web site receives many more requests for company reports online, than it does by phone. These are your customers!

Market to customers in your backyard, nationally, or worldwide:

Today, consumers use the Internet to find companies around the corner. The Reliability Mall features local BBB members, and therefore, targets local customers. Of course, your company will receive worldwide exposure.

Great exposure and traffic generation for existing Web sites:

If you have a Web site, you know how important traffic is to Internet marketing. Since the Reliability Mall is restricted to BBB members, it will become the premier address to shop online in the Greater Houston marketplace (and beyond). In addition, your new site will generate additional traffic with a link to your existing site, and will serve as a valuable advertisement for your business. Think of this site as a branch office or a billboard on Loop 610.

All it takes is a few minutes to complete this online form and submit it - that's it! We'll take care of the rest. Once your site is completed, we will deliver to you a color printout of the first page of your site. You can also make copies and use it in your sales presentations. Your time investment is only a few minutes, but your return is a full-year of advertising and exposure. If you don't complete this form, it's like throwing away free advertising.
